Do Gorillas often climb trees

The gorillas basically live on ground and almost 20% of their day time in trees. They climb trees either to play or harvest fruits and rarely jump from branch to branch due to their weight. Young gorillas do spend more time in trees compared to adult ones where as silverbacks don’t always move above in trees due to their great weight though they can climb if the branches can afford their weight.
